JUST OK!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I BOUGHT THIS A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO TO REPLACE AN OLD BOSCH WHICH I LOVED. PURCHASE THE LESS EXPENSIVE MODEL BECAUSE WAS TOLD IT WAS THE SAME AS THOSE THAT WERE DOUBLE THE PRICE AND THE ONLY DIFFERENCE WAS THE DB RATING. SINCE THE NOISE LEVEL WAS NOT AN ISSUE DECIDED TO SAVE $500.00. OVERALL IT IS NOT AS GOOD AS QUALITY AS MY PREVIOUS BOSCH. THE LATCH WOULD NOT STAY CLOSED AFTER 4 DAYS SO HAD TO HAVE IT REPLACED. IT IS A SMALLER TUB AND STILL TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO PROPERLY PALCE MY DISHES. WHEN PULLING OUT THE BOTTOM RACK THERE IS A GAP AND IT DROPS DOWN MAKING YOU THINK IT CAME OFF THE TRACK SO YOU NEED TO BE CAREFUL. HOPING TO ADJUST TO IT SOON AS I STILL BELIEVE BOSCH IS A GOOD APPLIANCE. JUST WISH THINGS WERE MADE TO LAST AND AS GOOD AS QUALITY AS PREVIOUS MODELS. THIS WAS HIGHLY RATED IN CONSUMER REPORTS BUT I THINK IT IS JUST OK.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

CLEAN WELL WITH LESS NOISE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher clean the dishes very well even in express wash. Only problem with this washer so far is the space. Also, the wheel assmbly in the bottom rack is not sturyd and coming off often. Overall, a great dishwasher with less noise but recommended if you don't have too many dishes in one cycle.

After Three Years, I Still LUV My Ascenta

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bosch Ascenta has easily been the best dishwasher I've ever owned. First investigated because of recommendation by a leading consumer rating magazine. Was drawn by the simple but functional design, the quiet operation, the low water use, the ability to include sterilization with the wash cycle and the lack of need for heating elements for a dry cycle.
Do I need to mention this dishwasher is quiet? It is easy to forget it is quite because you often don't even notice it is running.
I knew it was a winner when bowls with dried on oatmeal and grits that had been sitting out for the entire day came out spotlessly clean.
The customer service was also impressive. We had an issue with an electric surge that occurred one month after the warranty expired. Bosch didn't even pause to consider whether they would cover the product, all parts and labor were absolutely covered.
The only down side has been that plastic items don't always come out of the cycle completely dry. But the few drops that remain are easily dried while unloading the dishwasher.
I Love my Ascenta and have unreservedly recommended it to friends for three years now.

Quiet and Highly Efficient Bosch Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Bosch Ascenta dishwasher for our newly constructed home and it has not disappointed. This dishwasher runs quietly and has an "Express Wash" cycle that we use often. The dishwasher has a lovely design and was a great purchase!
