[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not notice how badly my old dishwasher was cleaning my dishes. This Bosch dishwasher has brought new life to my dishes, glassware and silverware. It has cleaned my pots and pans like new. It does this with the quietness that keeps a baby sleeping. Why did I wait? This is the best overall appliance I have ever bought.

I was surprised-thought the engineering would be better and loading easier. I find it very average and not as quiet as my last.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
