[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the operational and cleaning part of the dishwasher. However, the shelves should be redesigned. Regular sized glasswear and cups fit well into the outside left top rack but the second row does not hold an average sized glass. There are other issues with space - bowls (especially more vase shaped ones) are almost impossible to fit properly without them being a bit helter skelter. Our old dishwasher was much more adequately sized. Even a chef nephew commented on the inadequate design. The only reason we purchased this model is at Consumer Reports' recommendation. A bit disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very quiet, yet effectively cleans dirty dishes. Even gets dried cheese off. Interior racks well designed to maximize space. Only minor complaint: silverware bins pop off if you're not careful when loading them.

This dishwasher leaves all dishes, glasses, and pots sparkling clean. It took a while to not preclean the dishes like I did with my previous washer. The machine is so quiet I sometimes need to bend down and listen to hear any sounds. All in all a great purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new dishwasher is great. Good storage design, sparkling dishes, quiet. Only downside is condensation that accumulates at top of door due to drying method at end of cycle, but very good value overall.
