Gets the job done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Bosch dishwasher before this one, and it lasted quite a long time. This one is easy to operate and washes very well. Its quality is less than the previous one, but most appliances are not made to last as long as they did some years ago.

Scrapped the LG ---- went with Bosch

We finally got sick of LG's support, poor manufacture and poor product decisions (relating to the soft touch button on the top of the door. We wanted a SIMPLE yet reliable DW. Our counter design hides the buttons on the top of the door so we needed front panel buttons WITH a Stainless Steel interior ... VERY hard to find ... Most front panel buttons have plastic interiors... NOPE... This Bosch was the ONLY model we could find with Front panel buttons and stainless steel interior. SO we scrapped the 2 year old LG in favor of this model. AND it's perfect... SIMPLE to operate, "Analogue buttons" actuate the features, and with any luck Bosch support and quality will outperform LG .... I expect so.

211 minutes is a long time for normal wash but the dishes are always clean. The arrangement for the dishes and silverware isn't very good.

So Far, So Very Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my new Bosch Ascenta Dishwasher for six (6) weeks, and it has been so easy to use, and gets the dishes and glasses and silverware very clean. The only caveat I have is that the instructions call for cleaning the filters every three months or so, but do not give easy to follow instructions, especially for a homemaker who is not too mechanically inclined.
