Rack issues

We replaced a 15 year old Bosch with the only model available at the time. We're unhappy with the racks is comparison withe older machine. Not near the flexibility available for loading. We would by better replacement racks if available.

Great machine once you learn it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The old dishwasher pooched out so time for a new one!! Read all the reviews and Bosch very highly rated. Purchased the Ascenta and love it now. There is definitely a learning curve and I'm not yet sure we've got it right. It's hard to figure our which way bowls and plates should go - facing front or facing back. Ditto plates. A short video would do much to clarify the whole process. Bottom line however is that we love it and wow are the dishes shiny and clean!

A solid appliance so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dishwasher specifically because I like actual buttons as opposed to touch sensors. On my previous dishwasher you never quite knew if you had pressed the button or not. With this, you know. It does a good job washing dishes, it is quiet so what more could you want? Hopefully it will last a long time
