Disappointed customer

My new Bosch has disappointed me. There's not enough space or room for larger dishes in bottom rack and coffee cups on top. Also dishwasher soap dispenser and finish cup are hard to open and close. Cleans well though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far - excellent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a very old Bosch machine. Early days as yet, but we are very pleased with the new machine. Appears to do a clean job even with the quick (one hour) cycle. Machine is extremely quiet. Only feature we have not really tested out is the extra drying one.

Cleans well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very happy with this dishwasher overall. It cleans well and runs quietly. I also like how the racks are designed, as I can configure items efficiently in various ways. Two things I would improve: 1) I would like the "clean" light to stay on after the cycle is done. Since the lights go out after a few seconds, I'm not always sure if the cycle is done if I'm not in the room when it finishes. At times, I've wondered whether the cycle is finished or if something went wrong and the dishwasher went off in the middle of the cycle. With my prior dishwasher, the "clean" light stayed on until I opened the dishwasher. That system was better for me. 2) The door latch for the detergent compartment doesn't catch well to keep it closed. I often have to close the little door two or three times before the latch catches and it stays closed. These two things, which are relatively minor, are the only reasons I didn't give this dishwasher 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good dishwasher at a fair price, lots of differnt cycles, very quiet, very nice looking and energy efficient. I would recommend anyone to buy. Bosch makes some very good products under their branding name. I own other Bosch products, and I am always satisfied.
