Great so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly, we had a small issue with the packaging. The toe panel was not secured to the back of he machine as it stated in the installation guide, when we lifted the machine it fell from the packaging and was severely damaged. I immediately called Bosch (9p on a week night) and after providing them with a sales receipt and pictures of the damage, I recidced confirmation that the new panel would ship ASAP.
so the customer service was amazing and we hadn't even used the machine. We got the machine hooked up, following the instructions, and have it running. We ran a short load to check for leaks, etc and then ran a full load. The full wash ran great at...it was no quieter than our old model, but it is much more sleek and offers a significantly greater amount of options, including sanitizing.
I'm very happy that I decided on the Bosch, it's pretty, well priced and works great. We plan to use the finish brand products, as suggested and hope to see the life of our dishes extended.

Worked for a week and a half

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher worked great for a week and a half. Then the door latch broke. Fortunately, it does not work with a broken door latch. We returned it and got a different brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful, easy to use and good features

Greatest dishwasher ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using our new dishwasher for a little over one month, and we are extremely satisfied with everything about it. It is, by far, the quietest dishwasher we have ever owned, and we have had four prior to this one. It is the first Bosch we have ever owned. Our dishes are spotless every time we do a load, no matter how many dishes or how dirty the dishes are. We would not hesitate to purchase another Bosch in the future, but we probably won't have to. We are overall very, very satisfied with this Bosch dishwasher.

Great Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far after about a month, the machine washes great but i only use the 40 minute wash as I find it works so good, i don't have to do a wash that is longer!! I put pots and pans and dirty dishes in and hit express cycle and it's great. My only wish for the machine is that you had a rinse cycle. For now to do a quick rinse, i have to use the 40 minute express cycle, then cancel it after 10 minutes. i do miss my rinse cycle on my previous machine....Please include rinse cycles. thanks. jenny

quiet, different wash cycles

I had a Bosch dish washer before, it had repaired twice because the float sensor Mal-function, water didn't come out. I hope this model will not have this problem.
