Great dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher about 2 months ago and so far it lives up to the Bosch reputation for dishwashers. It is by far the most quiet dishwasher I have had and cleans better as well.

Great cleaning machine!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old washer "died" this past week and we were a bit lazy yesterday and today, and had a few dishes waiting for this baby to arrive. After it was installed I loaded it up. When I started it, I had to put my ear next to it to make sure they had plugged it in. Wow it's quiet. I had not rinse any of today's dishes prior to loading the washer, and every dish came out sparkling. Great machine. We're getting ready to build a new home and a Bosch will definitely be in that kitchen too.

A compromise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very quiet but the control panel is poor quality gray plastic, not at all what one expects from Bosch, but cost was a factor in this selection. The illustrations give the impression that the panel is metal or metallic in appearance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Extremely Quiet And Cleans Like A Charm!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only just set up my new Evolution Ascenta Dishwasher, but so far am super pleased! I did the installation myself, and found the instructions easy to follow. During installation, I really like how easy it was to adjust the leveling feet!
I did two back to back loads of dishes, and in following instructions, did not scrub and rinse them before loading into dishwasher. Dried on cereal, spaghetti sauce and spaghetti noodles came off with ease, leaving everything spotless! And the wash time is much less than that of my old washer. Just under 2 hours.
It is a very quiet machine. You have to be in the kitchen with it to know it's running!
As with any new dishwasher, it'll take time to figure out the best way to load it. I like that it has tines that can be folded down to fit larger pots and pans.
