Great cleaning

so disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This highly rated dishwasher has a very flimsy stainless steel front panel that bends when you clean it. I have never seen anything like it. Also, I am very disappointed at the cycles: no rinse and hold, and the delicate wash is just as hot as the others, and it requires you to use rinse aid or it increases the temperature! I'm afraid my dishes will not do well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quiet cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are happy with our new dishwasher. It runs quietly and most dishes get cleaned well. My one problem is the design of the bottom. It would be great if you just have plates, as it would fit a ton of plates of varying sizes, but we use a lot of salad bowls and flat soup bowls, and it can be tricky figuring out how to load it. Once we figured out where the dishes we have work best, we haven't had problems with dishes not getting washed, and things are mostly quite dry at the end of the wash. I feel good knowing this has a sanitize function too. Overall we're happy with the purchase.

Quiet and easy to install

Came in good condition. I like the stainless door. The one downside is that when you close the door the spring is powerful and door slams closed unless you make a conscious effort to slow it down. Otherwise, I love the product.

Very nice dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this product for less than a week and I like it. I like that the door closes completely when lifted, unlike your competitors. I was advised that Bosch dishwashers do not dry adequately. Not true, mine does. I recommend your engineers retool the kickplate holes -they do not line up adequately. May be a problem for some DITY owners. I purchased this model because I thought I was getting a SS tub bottom - and it isn't SS. Perfect leveling after installing the water and electric is difficult to get to without disconnecting. I know of three inexpensive methods to level the rear base that can be added to the unit, but none are attached to this unit - a bit of an annoyance with no leveling mechanism from the front. Other than that issue, and the predrilled kickplate holes, I find the product excellent. I have Bosch tools - and now I have this new product in the kitchen - maybe this is an incentive to replace all my other appliances to your Bosch products throughout my kitchen. I am pleased with this excellent product. Good job - well done.
