quiet and attractive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, you asked for honest so here it is...Typically, in this world, there is no perfect and we all have different wants and needs. My only issue with my new dishwasher is the layout of the bottom rack. Now I know the designers went through a lot of time and work designing the organization of utilizing space, the problem is if you're
washing all sorts of things and not just dinner for 8 exact plates large or small, then the bottom rack is no longer versatile. The upper rack is fine as you can use just about any shape anything that fits in the clearance between the top and the rack. If I could choose again, I would go back to the original generic all vertical pegs on the bottom rack allowing you to put glasses to bowls to whatever you please and still have room for the next odd shape next to that.
But as I said, it's all personal preference.
Other than that, It was easy to install and is so quiet you don't even know it's running!

Overall Very Good Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this Bosch Dishwasher after a long a frustrating experience with a Whirlpool dishwasher in our new home. Have had this Bosch unit for about 2 months now and am very happy with it. It is very attractive in my kitchen, but more importantly it works! And works very well!
Pros: My dishes are always sparkling clean; very easy to use (controls are not complicated); easy to install; once running it is fairly quiet.
Cons: Noisy on initial start-up; Dish/glass racks can be frustrating to fit things. It seems like they were designed for very specific items, but if you just need glass space on top, they don't always fit. We use a lot of glasses, so this frustrates me at times. Bottom rack is designed well for plates (which the Whirlpool was not) and I don't have to worry about my plates rattling around and getting broken.
