Very Quiet and Cleans Well

This dishwasher is the quietest dishwasher I've ever seen! You literally can't hear it when you're standing right next to it. The only way you know it's working is watching the time counter go down. When it's done the dishes come out sparkling clean!
The only thing I can't stand about it is the way the tines are laid out on both the top and and bottom racks!! I find it virtually impossible to figure out where things are supposed to go. The one set is so tightly packed I don't have any dishes that actually fit between the tines. There is also no place to put pots and pans other than to jam them in between sets of tines. All in all, this has to be the worst designed dishwasher ever made!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only thing I don't like is that the dishwasher is a little narrow leaving gaps on the sides after installation. Fill-in strips were installed but they look cheap and I don't know how long they will last. In addition, it leaves dishes too wet when the cycle is finished in spite of using the sanitize feature which is supposed to dry them.

Broken Latch After 13 Days

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The latch on the door stopped working correctly after 13 days. The door would not latch and lock. The dishwasher only runs if it is fully latched. Called Bosch who referred us to a repair service who will replace the latch. The soonest they can come is 5 days from now.

door opens in the middle of the cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read so many good reviews and bought this dishwasher recently and I am already not satisfied with it. Initially the door was tight but within few days the door open itself and pauses the wash cycle. It doesn't latch properly. Now I have to spend more money to get this fixed. Very poor quality product. Will not recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product a 2 months ago ,worked great the first month now the door wont stay closed and it turns off after 10 minutes because the door wont stay in the locked position. Not very happy for the price I paid for this dishwasher.

The door will not stay latched during the wash cycle causing the machine to stop MANY times. I have contacted the service department and will update this status when/if they respond.
