Washes well

Dishes come out dry, spot free, and mostly clean. However I don't like how the racks are set up. I can only fit in 70% of the dishes I could with my old set up. It doesn't clean them any better in this arrangement either so I'm not sure why it was designed this way. I also wish it had an upper utensils rack like some bosch's do. But I knew I wasn't getting that in this base model so I can't really knock them for that.

Very quiet. The heavy duty wash takes a little over 2 hours and works great. Quick wash not so much.

Not as pleased as I thought I'd be

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bosch has a great reputation but the dishwasher we bought has been a disappointment. It is difficult to program. I called customer service for assistance and they were great but no matter how we set it, it always runs at least 2 2/1 hours. It is also difficult to load..I don't like how the rack is arranged. I don't usually leave poor reviews but am just disappointed in this dishwasher. It looks nice on the outside.
