Quiet and glasses without spots

New Bosch Ascenta Dishwasher

We just purchased a brand new Bosch dishwasher and have yet to get a clean load of dishes. We've tried making sure the water is hot from the water heater to the kitchen sink and dishwasher. We've lways used Jet Dry in combo with Finish Brand pods or the advanced Cascade pods. Used Lemi Shine in addition to the pods. We have essentially pre-cleaned all the dishes and ran a cycle and they come out even dirtier, with a white scum on them. We are basically having to hand wash our dishes instead of being able to use our brand new dishwasher. This has been very disappointing and frustrating.

Great dishwasher...except

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have given you 5 stars on this except for a couple things. Overall the dishwasher is excellent. Quiet, efficient, really like the timer on the front of the door. Very easy to install. Silverware rack is superb. The rest of the dish racking system sucks. Hard to describe how disappointing it is to try and figure out a system for putting dishes in the racks. 3 different racks that are so tight, water barely gets to the dishes.

ABSOLUTELY the best dishwasher you could ever buy.My husband and I laugh at each other because we littertly can't hear a thing from it we forget it's on.You can't go wrong with this one.Bought one for our son as a wedding present.!!!!!
