[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially we could not get the dishwasher to dry properly leaving a mildew smell. After consulting with technical help we tried the auto wash with sanitize and found it dried the dishes pretty well. We were surprised there was no heating element but it dries at the correct setting.

Our dishes come out clean and the glasses are spot free. I'm still learning the best ways to load it, we could not be happier with our new Bosch dishwasher.

Great Dishwasher but one warranty issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very pleased with the performance of our new dishwasher. It s very quiet and has done a great job cleaning. The dishes come out completed dry. Our only issue is that we ordered the unit in june and had to wait 10 weeks for delivery secondary to backlog from the pandemic. Bosch's warrenty policy starts the day of purchase, not the day of installation. So we have lost about 10 weeks of coverage which I don not feel is fair.

Quiet, effective cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Machine is super quiet and effective at cleaning dishes. I do like the 3rd rack for flatware, but I miss having the extra height on the upper rack for stemware. The upper rack can be adjusted down, but then it is too low for the height of our plates. The bottom rack is arranged fairly well for our dishes, but there is a space to the left of the plate area in front that isn't quite wide enough to use for much at all. It would be better to move the front tines over to the right more to give more space for this area. We run the washer maybe twice a week and use large 1 qt bowls frequently for bowls. We fit those leaning against the lower rack cutlery basket that we use for forks and knives. We put our large and small spoons on the 3rd rack. Would definitely purchase again!
