Amazingly quiet but does not dry dishes at all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how quiet this dishwashwer is, you can hardly even tell that it is running. However, it does not dry the dishes at all, no matter what setting I choose. I'm also not impressed with the racks. The top rack sits too low (even when moved to the higher setting), so I have trouble getting taller items in the bottom rack. All of my cooking utensils have to go in the top rack because I can't stand them up in the lower rack like I always did in past dishwashers. Overall, I am very disappointed with this unit and regret the purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old dishwasher died after about 18 years. Replaced it with this. It was easy to install and a perfect fit. Had it in and hooked up and running inside of 1/2 hour. The pros are it is one of the quietest dishwashers I have ever had. We can't tell it's running when we're in the same room. The cons, I don't like the layout of the bottom tray. It is heavily geared toward plates. If you mostly use plates, you will love this. We are big soup and stew people and dealing with bowls in the bottom rack is not so fun.

We replaced our junk whirlpool dishwasher with this Bosh. We have had it at the time of this review about 2 1/2 months. So far it has been great. We use finish rinse aid and our dishes come out spotless. The unit is also very quiet. Time will tell when it comes to reliability.
