Works great plus great tech help

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old dishwasher, I would have to completely rinse everything off. This one, just the excess food needs to be off. Cleans well. Once we had it installed, we couldn't get it to work kept reading an error. A technician came out and fixed it quickly.

1. Buttons and presets a bit confusing and excessive. Simplify them. Allow LED to turn off when cycle completed.
2. Back of dishwasher is square and as wide as the front. This may cause some fitment issues. Watch.
3. Rack system somewhat congested. Excessive utensil baskets with relatively poor design. Does not allow easy in and out.
4. Lots of plastic in the motor/pan etc. May or may not cause longevity issues.
5. Detergent spring loaded doors weak. May not hold up over time. Make simpler.
Pro's: Is quiet.

Happily surprised

After using this machine about three months, I will give it a very positive review. As for how long it will last, time will tell. I replaced my KitchenAid dishwasher after many long years of use, but did not want to spend $1200 or more for a new dishwasher. I chose this machine and I'm happily surprised with many of its features and the that the dishes and glasses are cleaned well. Although I have to add that I rinse the dishes and glasses before I put them in the machine. This machine has a fantastic feature of a 30 minute cycle which I love. It's not as heavy duty as some machines, but I got the longest extended warranty that Bosch offers, So as far as I'm concerned I am satisfied with my choice.
I would recommend this to a friend!
