Just what I wanted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous dishwasher had no heating element and that was the main feature I wanted in my new one. This Bosch was one of only a few I could find. However, this model also has fold down tines in the top and bottom rack, so it was a win-win

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved our 14 year old Bosch so much, replaced it with a nearly identical 2021 Bosch....and love it!!! Two differences between machines: 1) Door somewhat stiffer to open; 2) Dish/ Utensil Basket design somewhat more difficult to get used to, ie, Basket on side vs front which is somewhat more challenging to access when adding silverware throughout the day. Do like frontal controls/display better as this machine displays cleaning time remaining. However, did appreciate older machine's automatic restart when door opened/closed to add items anytime during cleaning cycle. This machine requires reactivating START button. Regardless of changes....Love this machine!!!

Outstanding machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic. Have to check to make sure it's on sometimes it's that quiet. Dishes are very clean, once we got the rinse number dialed minimal spots, mostly on the plastic ware. I tell everyone how amazing this machine is.

Quiet as a mouse

The only problem is that there is no open space on the rack for larger bowls, pots, and skillets, or a space for baking sheets. Overall it is a wonderful machine and does what it was designed to do.
