[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love how quiet it runs and like the racks that move so I can use the top racks for plates. I have back problems and cannot bend easy so this is so helpful!

Nice value but with issues

The washer is quiet, looks great and seems to wash well.
Issues:
1. Any plastic items or places where residual water can collect on the dishes will prevent all the dishes from drying. Can't wash small plastic storage containers which we use a lot of.
2. No LED to indicate that the dishes inside have been washed
3. Top rack (2-rack version) is too low to allow tall utensils to be placed in the utensil caddy. Instead must be laid across the top rack and sometimes fall through blocking the spray bar rotation.
4. Shorter cycles do not dry the dishes completely.
5. The lower slide-out basket does not roll smoothly and sometimes the front rollers fall into the gap between door and body of washer making a bump upon sliding the basket in and out
6. The basket designs do not fit our dishes very well. Hard to completely fill the washer because the fingers and spacings provided just aren't right. This is complicated by the fact that all items such as coffee cups, bowls, etc. must be placed in slightly tilted manner so water does not collect in the recess of their bases.

Some getting used to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Placing large bowls and pots in the dishwasher is not easy. Much of the top space is difficult to learn hiw to use effectively. Wash cycles are long, but it cleans great.

It’s about time I got a dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't had a dishwasher in 30 years. So of course I think it's absolutely wonderful. But it really is. It thorough and quiet. The only complaint I have is that the user instructions are much too minimal. And don't tell me to download the user manual. I finally figured out that numbers on the display meant hold, and that's why I couldn't start it.

My Bosch dishwasher is easy to understand and use. With little to no rinsing of dirty dishes I'm saving money. It's very quite and dishes come out clean and dry every time. I'm very happy I made the purchase and at a very good price.

Quiet & Effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is so quiet we have to check to see if it is on or not. We can stand right beside it and carry on a clear conversation. It cleans the dishes perfectly. No rinsing or scrubbing. We just pop the dirty dishes in and they come out sparkling.
