Maybe I'll learn to love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm having a difficult time adjusting to the silverware bins on this machine. I like to use the slots, but the ones on this machine give me some grief. My knives have a wider blade apparently so I have to really aim each piece for the appropriate-sized space. Sometimes the piece fits in easily, but is jostled during washing and doesn't want to come out of the same space.
The arrangement of the tines on the upper rack is also hard to get used to.The spacing slows me down when loading. Seems like we must use more glasses and fewer plates than they expect.
So far (about one month), everything has come out clean and sparkly. We haven't used all the program settings yet. It's incredibly quiet. I can actually stand next to it and talk on my phone without having to yell. Just need to get past my loading issues.

PROS: Cleans well - even the dishes that sat around for 3 days while getting it installed came clean! Quiet. Uses minimal detergent. Basic features so your not paying for things you might not really need, but enough settings that make it a solid dishwasher worth having. Clock telling you how much time is left in the cycle. Adjustable rinse and dry.

CONS: The bottom rack seems to fall off track easily. The tines are set in an interesting pattern. We still haven't figured out the best way to load to maximize the space. There isn't a great place for things like a crock pot, pans, or large cooking pots along side your regular dinner dishes.
If what you are looking for is a dishwasher that cleans well, is quiet and dependable, this is a great buy.

Great cycle choices!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about three weeks ago, and we find it convenient to use and thorough in the job it does. One challenge has been to learn the way to change the settings within a cycle (Example: changing rinse aid settings), but we have gotten through that initial learning process.

Super quiet and efficient

I did a lot of research and found that a Bosch model had a sale price that put it in the "final running". I never thought I would ever have a Bosch. It is truly super quiet (can barely hear water filling it while standing beside it!), easy to use and has all the features I wanted, and gets dishes very clean. All that I ever wanted in a dishwasher.
