What a dish washer should be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quiet, thorough and dishes are clean. Has a shorter wash time compared to my old Whirlpool. I had to learn the new layout for the upper and lower racks. But we are very happy with our new Bosch.

Nice unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is extremely quite. Can hardly hear it. It does take 2 and 1/2 hours for one normal cycle to run (including drying time). Does not dry plastics completely in the upper basket. The silverware keepers sides of the two baskets could be a little higher. It definitely cleans very well. Overall, happy with the unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the dishwasher for about a month and I am really pleased. I had some trouble with some items not being dry, but after reviewing the manual and changing the setting, now it is just the occasional Tupperware. Do they ever get completely dry?? Lol! The machine is really quiet and I appreciate how I can set it to run hours later if needed. It was fairly easy to install and looks great in my kitchen.

Quiet, but has issues

The door is hard to open. When you let it close it latches and you have to pull pretty hard to open it after that.
The utensil rack is poorly designed. Most of our silverware has handles that are too large to place through the slots in the rack. If you open the tops of the racks then they are too short to support the longer utensils, like knives.
The big one: Why design something that doesn't dry the dishes that it cleans? Sure, there are work-arounds that are published, and I understand this must be a European thing, but really? For dishwashers sold in the US, why not just make them work like we are used to?
