Quiet, Efficient, Trouble-free

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this dishwasher for a couple of years now and have never regretted the purchase. It's a superb machine. I check the filter after every use because of the amount of dog hair in the house; plus, since I use the sanitizing feature, the dogs often perform the "pre-wash." This is simply a terrific dishwasher.

Very Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher in January. we love thatit is so quiet since our kitchen and living room is one big open area. It does not compete with the sound of the tv at all. The only down side of this dishwasher is the racks I am still trying to get use to the difference of it. There are too many "special" places that it is hard to fit some items in it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love your dishwashers products, just hope this one lasts longer than the last one we bought-it was a great washer but after running the error codes and buying the part it still wasnt working then wouldnt even run error codes-lasted about 4 years and seems it should've lasted longer.

Better than Kenmore

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this brand when we exchanged our new Kenmore dishwasher. Kenmore had very poor results. Always a film and/or food particles left on items, especially utensils. Yes, we used rinse aid and liquid detergent. Day one of using the Bosch and I am extremely happy with the results. Just perfectly clean, what you expect from a new dishwasher.

They were getting a film on them and no matter what we did or what we used they still didn't get clean. After the first load I put the dishwasher to the test and didn't rinse the dishes before loading them. They still came out clean!!! Best dishwasher I have ever owned.

So far, so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installation didn't go well. The waste water hose was too small to fit on the nipple of the garbage disposer.
The dishwasher seems to be working well as expected after using it three times. I don't like all the advertising for Finnish products on the inside of the door.
Instead of using Jet-Dry we put white distilled vinegar in the spot free compartment and that works great. We used vinegar for the rinse agent in our old dishwasher and it lasted 18 years. So no worries about vinegar damaging anything.
I like the layout of the controls and the machine is very quite. I like the concept of the flatware baskets but find they are difficult to hook together.
Overall, I appears that this is a good dishwasher and I hope to get many years of trouble free operation out of it.

Great dishwasher if it stays closed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this dishwasher in July. It was professionally installed. For the first couple of weeks it worked flawlessly and then we noticed it would stop mid-cycle. The door was ajar. We'd push the door closed and the cycle would continue. This started getting worse when this would happen multiple times in a cycle. We contacted the place of purchase and they said this was a known issue. They brought out a repair kit which strengthened the top of the washer where the door closes so it would not flex. This fix worked for about a month and then it started again. Having seen how the repair was made, I went to the hardware store and bought some metal braces and slid them between the top of the dishwasher and the counter where a gap still existed. Having closed this gap, the top can no longer flex and the issue has been resolved.
