New and better dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This repalced a 5 year old parts sucking competitive brand. Installation was easy and straightforwasrd. Dishes are much cleaner. The soap dispenser design makes sure the soap gets used; I often found partial packets in the corner of the old dishwasher.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans the dishes very well and is very quiet when running. The utensil basket sides needs to be a little higher for longer spoons so they do not fall out. The place where you put drying aid liquid is confusing and does not hold very much and needs to to be adjusted so you don't have to fill it after ever 5 washes.

Love Bosch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my 6 year old, well-used GE dishwasher in late November of 2020 while remodeling my kitchen. I purchased a fridgadaire. When installed,everything seemed fine. No leaks,a little noise but not unbearable. After completing remodel and getting back into my house,I started using the dishwasher. After 4-5 uses, I noticed it seemed to be getting difficult to close/lock the door. A week or so before Christmas, the door wouldn't latch at all. I called customer service & after a few tries, was able to get them to send a repairman the day after Christmas. He told me that the inner tub was warped & the dishwasher had to be replaced. It took almost 5 months of phone calls, emails, and about to lose my mind before that company finally agreed to at least pay for the dishwasher(no taxes,instalation fees,or 3 year warranty I had purchased!). When I started looking for a replacement, I was determined not to EVER purchase from that company Again! I began looking at different brands, local sales, reviews,etc. I knew that I was going to have to pay a lot more than what the other manufacturer had reimbursed me for. After searching for several weeks, I found my Bosch by accident, on sale locally! I made the purchase, had it delivered &installed about a week later! I absolutely LOVE BOSCH! It cleans very well, easy to operate, has all the settings I could possibly want, and it's SO QUIET! Practically have to see if the lights are on to make sure it's running! I will never buy any other brand!!!
