My problem comes with lack of experience in the proper operation...my first load was still very wet/damp the next morning a neighbor explaind i didnt use enough drier additive....the nxt one...some of the dishes were still dirty I probably didnt arrange the correctly....SO why isnt there an index on site or better yet with the machine IF XXX happens do YYY hints, in other words for newbies....

One thing I would recommend is to rework the design inside for dishes so more can fit nicely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishes come out clean and gleaming and it's super quiet. The only improvement I would make is to create a better variety of storage options. Lots of room for plates, but it's hard to use that space for anything else. Otherwise I wouldn't change a thing!

Cleans and dries great, rack design make no sense

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For some reason, Bosch dishwashers have a reputation for leaving dishes wet. This model has an adjustment for dryness level, and yes, I did bump it up one notch from the default...but I find that it actually does a better job of drying than our previous well-loved Kenmore. So far, it's also doing a great job of cleaning, although it's not as quiet as the Kenmore. Still, there's no way I'd consider it noisy.
But the bottom rack is a major frustration. It's poorly laid out, it's an organizer's disaster, and it does a really poor job of space efficiency in a dishwasher whose dimensions, for a 24-in. model, are already smaller than I'm used to. I can't tell you how much I detest the arrangement of the prongs and slots on the bottom rack. Because of this mess of a design, far fewer dishes--and far less of a mix of TYPE of dishes--can be washed in one load. This alone keeps me from giving it the full five stars and actually tempts me to back it all the way to three stars. It's only its great cleaning and drying that keep me from doing that.
