I have had the expensive Samsung that never cleaned, nor will you get any good customer service from them. First wash, so awesome, so thankful.

Waste of money

There is so much wrong with this dishwasher. I am very unhappy. The racks have horrible spacing. You can only fit a few dishes, bowls, and cups. Nothing like the manual picture...The silverware baskets don't fit the space. The washer stays wet inside for days unless I leave it open. I am so disappointed with this model. My cheap builer grade dishwasher was much better. I would return it but it's too much of a pain to remove and install a new one. So I guess I'm stuck...

This appliance is quiet and cleans very well. Disappointed with the interior configuration. Spacing is too tight. Whoever designed it does not wash dishes.

Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I expected more from Bosch. My disappointment is with the lower rack design. The tines are slanted and one side is designed very close together. It's difficult to get more than 3 bowls on that side. If I put them on the top, they take up a lot of room.
