Almost perfect, but love it!

This model of Ascenta is working quite well for us. I love how quiet it is and how it tells me how much time is left on a wash. It's taken some time to figure out the best way to load the dishes, but we've got a good system going now. If I could change anything, it would be the small plastic folding shelves on the top rack. They fold down vertically into the rack and up to horizontal in order to place items on the shelf. If I rotate the shelves to the horizontal position, it's hard to load anything under them or unload anything under them after a wash. It's easier to load the upper tray with the shelves rotated down, but then it's hard to use the shelves because I have to unload the items that would be under the shelves because the items are in the way of rotating the shelves up. Very awkward! The shelves would be more useful if I could rotate them up vertically so as to place items in the upper tray, and then rotate down into a horizontal position to place items on the shelves. When the wash is over, I could then remove the items on the rotating shelves, and then rotate the shelve up to unload the items that were under the shelves. The last thing I would change would be the silverware holders. They are very flimsy and not easy to work with. The slots for the silverware don't serve to keep the items from touching each other. They would be more useful if the slots were made of a more substantial material and constructed with more of a separation between utensils. All in all, I'm very happy with the dishwasher so far. I'm expecting many years of reliable service. Thanks for making such a good machine.

Great Dishwasher in the price range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using it for a month and so far it's a great help in our kitchen. It's super quiet and dishes come out super clean. Though we do miss the heated dry option, but other than that it's a great product.

Great Washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new washer! We replaced a unit that was over 10+ years old and this one works great! It's relatively quiet, we have a semi-open floor plan and can hear it in the living area if the television isn't on, but can't hear it in any of the other rooms. The dishwasher cleans really well and wasn't too terribly hard to install by myself. My parents have a similar unit with the third top tray and they love their model as well!

Quiet bliss!

My old dishwasher never got my glasses clean, always left grit from somewhere. My Bosch is amazing.! The dishes are spotless, but most impressive is how quiet it is. I have to put my ear to it to make sure it turned on!

Amazing dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my dishwasher, especially the quick cycle. Only thing I don't like is the bottom rack. The prongs go in several directions, making it hard for me to get 1/2 the stuff in the dishwasher, I used to be able to load, when the prongs all faced the same way.
