I like it a lot

Now that I have used it for about a month, there are many things I like about my new dishwasher. I love that it is so quiet, does a good job cleaning, figured out that opening the door for 10-15 min. at end of wash helps a lot with better drying. Where it could use improvement is in the design of the upper rack, which seems inefficient in that one of the rows is so narrow it can only fit long utensils or demi tass cups, this could be improved if one of its rows of prongs on the right side could fold down, the space would be more versitile.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cons: Louder than expected; rack design is not conducive to fitting large bowls or baking dishes; flatware basket doesn't stay snapped in

Does a great job cleaning, long time to clean but it seems to work really well! It's quiet, and does a very good job cleaning! It's rare that I have to wash anything by hand after the cycle is completed!

Bosch Ascenta Dishwasher

I am a senior citizen on a fixed income so I sjhop carefully. Can't afford the most expensive but avoid the least expnsive. The Bosch Ascent Dishwasher is by far the best appliance purchase I have ever made. Itallation was easier than i expected and went accordindg to plan. Great instructions. WQhen I turned it on the first time I wasn't sure I did the install correctly. Being older and slightl;y hard of hearing, I didnt think it was on. It is advetertized to operate at approx 48 decibles . I nevert knew how quiet that is. We need to observe the control panel indicator to know it's even on. And the effect, literally "SPOTLESS" !!!!! The appliance operates ecceftively, as advertized and beyongd our expectations. Bosch is the product of choice for any other future purtchased. 110% SATISFIED (not something I usually can say). Thnak you Bosch
