[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our old Maytag dishwasher with the Bosch Ascenta model. Features we are pleased with is the quietness and washing cycle options. However, the cutlery and dish racks are not well made at all. The cutlery holders are flimsy and made from cheap plastic. the sections aren't wide enough to accommodate some silverware. The dishracks are also lightweight plastic. Again, they feel cheaply made. The racks for plates are so close together that the angle makes it difficult to place items in the dishwasher. The bottom line is the dishes come out clean and dry. Would recommend upgrading to a better model. Disappointed with the quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
