It's quiet but I don't like the racks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago. I like how quiet it is and it gets most things clean. I don't like the racks in it. The tines are too close together and it's easy to nest dishes if your're not really meticulous about arranging them. It's also tough to get odd sized plates or pans in it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cleans well quietly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought the machine several months ago. Very happy with the cleaning results - glasses come out spotless. Very quiet - not silent but certainly not intrusive. Capacity slightly less than our old machine, but that's the only complaint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this two weeks ago and love it. It hasn't blown any fuses like our last dishwasher which blew them all the time and it was a kitchen aid. Only complaint is that the drying dosen't work as good on plastics. But i would rather have that problem than the fuses problem.

Super Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really enjoy how nice and quiet this unit is and the style and inside design. I am still trying to figure out the child safe feature because even though I set it correctly, my toddlers still find a way to turn it on. Otherwise, so far, great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Considering the fact that our old dishwasher would not clean the top rack of dishes and it was so loud that you couldn't carry on a conversation in the next room, this was a huge leap up. Beside that point, our dishes set works very well with the rack set-up. The Cycle select menu is easy to navigate and the detergent and rinse aid are easy to load. I use mine daily and love that I can carry on a conversation in the same room when it is running. Thank you Bosch!

So quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this d/w after reading reviews online. The quiet operation is a God-send. I really, really love that I can't hear the d/w when it's running which is important because we have an open concept kitchen. I do find the controls a tad clunky (the round on/off and Start buttons, e.g.). I did have an issue where the detergent didn't totally dissolve once, but somehow, the dishes still managed to get clean. You need to use a rinse aid with this d/w. I also like the additional available settings and delay start. One other annoying thing is that I find the lower rack a little hard to get used to--it doesn't slide out as easily as some models.
