Dishwasher Delight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Frankly, I really knew nothing much about Bosch dishwashers until a repairman recommended it after telling me that my less- than- two -year-old Kitchen Aid dishwasher was defective and would be ridiculously expensive to repair. What an excellent recommendation it was!
My Bosch dishwasher, which was delivered in early July, is a joy! It cleans and dries my dishes to perfection! It operates quietly and I can easily see from the readout how much time is left before completion. I also like the fact that the controls are not on the inside edge of the door so I don't find I'm accidentally engaging the controls when I open it... this was an irritating problem with my previous dishwasher. Additionally, the machine is sleek and attractive and fits in nicely with my kitchen decor.
If I have one gripe-- and its a small one-- I find it difficult to fill the rinse agent compartment without overflow. (I've had the same problem with every dishwasher brand I've owned by the way.) I guess making this process more user friendly would be the only thing I would change about it.

Awesome Dishwasher

I have heard about how quiet Bosch dishwashers are and when my dishwasher quit working I was actually excited because I could purchase a Bosch. My old dishwasher was so loud I could not run it and watch TV or when I had company staying overnight. The first time I turned on my Bosch I had to literally put my ear to it to make sure it was running. It is that quiet and it cleans dishes just as good. My only had to get used to, is it does not have a heating element to dry dishes it uses a condensation method which is not a big deal to have to dry a little bit of water, when you get the quality and quietness.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Money Well Spent

Quick and quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new Bosch Ascenta has an excellent express cycle that works really well. I do rinse my dishes quickly when loading to keep the food particles from building up. All the cycles we've used run quiet and leave dishes clean and mostly dry if you let them sit to cool down first. The only drawback noted at this time is that the top rack cup holder is difficult to get around when putting anything under it. It would be really helpful if it hinged up when not in use. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase and do recommend it.
