[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have put some of the worst crusty dishes in this dishwasher to see how good it is, and I am totally impressed with how well it cleans the dishes. I definitely recommend. My 2 complaints is that the racks don't exactly make sense sometimes for the placement of the dishes and you definitely need a rinse aid because the dishes are very wet when done.

Quiet Washing but Learning Curve for Loading

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this dishwasher for about six weeks. I love how quiet it is. I can hold a conversation in my kitchen while it's running or work on other projects without feeling overwhelmed by noise. Its volume is quieter or about the same as running my kitchen faucet at full blast. I also like how effective it is in washing and drying. The silverware basket prevents utensils from nesting, especially when items are spaced apart. Sometimes water collects on top of mugs, bowls, and cups; but most items come out dry. (I live in a dry climate.) Lastly, it seems like it will be easy to maintain, though I have not had to clean or dismantle any part of it yet.
My only complaint at this point is that it takes a while to figure out how to load it well. The angled tines seem to require leaving an empty space between each plate or bowl to make sure that there is enough room for water to spray between items. We even bought a new set of dishes with simpler designs and angled bowls. Maybe thinner dishes would allow for a fuller load. But some tines can fold down to give more flexibility in loading.
It's also good to note that the feet on this dishwasher are wider and in different places than the feet on the Whirlpool dishwasher that we replaced. Installation required some minor modifications (i.e., cutting back) of our cabinet framing because of how our tile had been cut to fit the previous dishwasher. Beyond that, installation was fairly easy, with helpful and simple instructions. (We bought a new supply line that included a 90-degree brass elbow fitting to make installation easier.)
