Our New Bosch Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 22 years our Whirlpool dishwasher stopped working. All of our research for a new one revealed that Bosch would be the way to go. We are not disappointed; our Bosch has performed brilliantly and our dishes are cleaner. It was worth the time for researching. The model we have is not one of the high end units, but it clearly is very high-end for us ! Thank you Bosch !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is very stylish. However I do think 2 hours and 35 minutes to wash a load of dishes is totally unnecessary. I called to find out how to get a "heat dry" after using the "Express Wash" and everything was sopping wet. After several tries the representative was able to tell me how to change the setting for a high heat dry.
I don't understand why there's still water inside the dishwasher after I run at night and open in the morning. Perhaps there should be an option for "heat dry" on the dishwasher???
One time there was still water dripping from the spray arm at top of dishwasher.
Unfortunately I am single so I don't use the dishwasher very much. And I usually wash my dishes before putting in the dishwasher. I've been washing them and leaving on the counter to dry rather than storing in the dishwasher to avoid water standing inside for days.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

cleans great but loading is difficult

I love the way this cleans but the racks are not layed out in a way that makes fitting dishes in. the flatware holders are not secured to the bottom rack and move about. The bottom is layed out in a way that holding dishes is good but anything else does not fit well. similarly with the top rack, glasses fit well but not much else. I have yet to find a way to easily load bowls.
