Great cleaning, but racks are awkward

This unit does a great job of cleaning dishes, glasses and pots and pans. The racks are a problem, since all times are so close together they are really only good for flat dishes. No soup or salad bowls, or pots or pans. I had to cut off about 10 tines from the bottom rack so I could fit them in. I don't know what the designers were thinking of when they designed the racks.
