I am so happy with my dishwasher and I did not purchase the top of the line Bosch product. Very impressed with this company which stands behind their product and only a phone call away if you have any questions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even though it's an entry level Bosch dishwasher, it's fairly quiet and reasonably priced. It's a basic dishwasher that does a great job cleaning dishes! Not as many program options or extra features in the rack, but a capable machine. Very satisfied so far!

poor design and questionable cycles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine cleans superbly and certainly is quiet. The design of the racks is terrible in that they are mostly non adjustable and the tines holding the dishes and glassware are so tightly placed that if a dish is anything but perfectly flat or a glass is round or irregular, they cannot easily be loaded. Cereal bowls and gently curved plates cannot nest at all. Why not have a hinged set of tines/holders interspersed into the fixed set? My Kitchen Aid had this. When up, many flat dishes fit. When down fewer but curved dishes fit in the same place. The foldable wine glass racks are too few and the spacing only allows for 2.5 inches between the stems so that although there is a place for six , only four will fit. How many wine glasses that are not flutes are less than 2.5 inches across? My Auto, Normal and Half load cycles all seem to run over 2 hrs and 15 minutes even though the Auto is supposed to sense my pre rinsed dishes are clean and don't need much time. All cycles are within 10 minutes of each other in length. How is this energy efficient? I had to call for instuctions and found this is how they are set. There was NO indication on any printed materials that an in depth guide was available on line. Why not? There appears to be a disconnect with your design team/ outward facing service and the consumer. ( The helpline people were helpful but we should not have to use a helpline.)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
