Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So this life is SUPER quiet and cleans dishes beautifully. The interior is a bit more compact than my old one, so I'm still adjusting to that, but I'm thrilled with this purchase. I wanted a Bosch for its excellent reputation and I'm so glad I selected this one. It looks beautiful on the outside and wipes down easily without visible smudges. Did I mention it's SUPER quiet? It comes with two "cages" for silverware but we only really use one, so we just set the other aside in the cupboard. That also gives us a bit more room for plates and bowls. The installation crew was superb and installation went great. There are only row of us in my home and this model serves our needs perfectly. I can imagine that a larger family might want a dishwasher with slightly larger capacity. This one is perfect for us. And--it's SUPER quiet!

Still Getting Used to It

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cleaning and sanitizing feature requires 2-1/2 hours, whereas my former dishwasher, a Kenmore, took 52 minutes--perhaps the dishes weren't as clean. The lower drawer doesn't have stops on it, preventing it from roling all the way out when filling it. I have to get used to that. Also, instead of a single silverware basket, it has two, for a two-handed lift, not a "one and done." The basket has pull-down slots if you are perspicacious enough to separate each knife, fork and spoon. I don't use them. It is much quieter than my old dishwasher, but be sure to let it airdry by leaving the door open after a wash or it will cause an unpleasant odor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wouldn't buy again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not happy with this dishwasher. The "tines" on the racks are slanted which makes it difficult to load effectively. I could fit more in my previous dishwasher which had straight "tines". It also smells if dirty dishes are left inside while waiting to run a full load. The door seals and it's not possible to leave it open for air circulation. Very disappointed with this product. Would take my previous dishwasher back in a heartbeat.

Hello, thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear about your disappointment with your dishwasher. We recommend running the rinse cycle when you finish loading dirty dishes. This cycle runs 9-12 minutes, uses no detergent, and uses less water than rinsing dishes in your sink. This will prevent odor buildup.

Dishes Do Not Dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using my new dishwasher for about 3 weeks, and there are always dishes still wet after the cycle finishes (regardless of cycle type).
I could have purchased a higher end GE, Amana, etc. for what I paid for this Bosch. I don't understand how this highly rated brand could fail to dry effectively, but will continue to pursue a remedy through customer service.
