Doesn’t last long

Purchased this model in 2015. Since then replaced several parts, including rubber part at the inner part of the door. The motor kept on jamming , and errror 25 kept on happening despite good maintenance. Very disappointed. Also insides are started to rust.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We had an earlier version of this in our old home and never had any problems with it in over 15 years. We expect our new Bosch to work as well! Considering it's not a high-end unit, it works very well and is impressively quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a Bosch before and that was the reason for getting the same brand. However, the new one is silent, and the timing is good besides doing a good job cleaning dishes and glassware.

We love the product. We are getting used to it now. I didn't give 5 stars because the upper washer are fell off and there was manual to show where it went or how to put it back.

Quiet Cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is incredibly quiet and does a great job cleaning. My pots and pans have never looked so good after a wash (shiny and clean). My only "complaint" is if you have dishes or bowls that are not thin (like stonewear, which is thicker) they can be tricky to fit in the dishwasher prongs. Other than that, easy to use and a good value.

I do really like everything about this dishwasher except that I find it difficult to load. It doesn't seem to hold as much as my old one. It's hard to put a finger on but I believe it is the configuration on the racks, especially the top rack. Other than that, the dishes come out clean, nice sleek look to the front, easy to set, and the trap at the bottom comes out easily to clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!
