[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product after extensive research. I am glad I settled on this one. It is terrific. At first I was worried about the noise level but this product at 50 dba is so quiet that I in love with it. Terrific product. If you in the market for a dishwasher, go get this one. The price is also great!

Great wash, but unusual racks reduce capacity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased with the quality of wash by the SHE3AR76UC. Consumer Reports rates this very well and compares it favorably to dishwashers costing 2 to 3 times the cost. CR also reports Bosch requiring the least amount of repairs per brand. However, the unusual layout of the rack tines and their spacing means I have to wash fewer dishes at a time in this dishwasher.

Very quite, good for plates

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine is amazingly quiet. We have an open kitchen/living room and you can't hear the dishwasher during a conversation or if the TV is on. Fits tons of plates, but has a hard time with pots and pans. I'd recommend it. It's slow to wash but very effective.

Won't fill with water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Defective out of the box, understandable, Wanting me to be at the machine so they could troubleshoot over the phone, OK. Up to the point in time where it was shut it off, turn it on, anything happening - ridiculous. If I have the ability to install a dishwasher, I am pretty sure I have the basic diagnostic ability to verify the water is on and to do a system reset. Maybe I could have had a Tec out sooner had I not wasted time verifying the basics for them. Very disappointed with Bosch so far, I hope that changes real soon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a very similar model for 4 yrs. which worked wonderful and suddenly it inconsistently would not clean. Authorized bosch repair could not find problem. Selling home so replaced with this model and it working like my other did when new. Great, quiet, and efficient.

Soap dispenser problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this dw since last Nov and am really pleased with the cleanliness of the dishes, how silent it is, and how spotless the glasses are. However, it developed a problem dispensing the soap which got progressively worse. Finally called customer service and, to date, have had 3 service calls to work on this problem. First they tried repairing the spring, next they replaced the unit and last week he worked on it again. Hopefully, the problem will be solved now.

What a Surprise!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it per my brother-in-law's suggestion 3 months ago and what a surprise! It's so quiet and most importantly, it's so clean!! The glasses no longer with stains, the plates no longer with harden crumbs (result of heated dry)!. I am a happy customer.
If the loading design considering Asian customers for bowls (various sizes) and chopsticks (basket) then it will be perfect!
I would recommend this to a friend!
