[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans ok - but the rinse aid dispenser has leaked from day one! We work aroung it but you really should not have to. It's not quiet as great as Consumer Reports has lead us to believe.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This machine is a complete nightmare to me. I absolutely hate the way you can't fit multiple cups and glasses in the rack. If you have six of the same size, no problem but once you go over that you can't put them anywhere because they are leaning, or they don't fit the same goes with the bottom rack, you have bowls and plates and different size bowls there's nowhere to put them because of the way the prongs are. Also, with the silverware it's not deep enough so when you put your silverware in there, they Fan out too much. I can't put anything like a normal size cookie sheet because the top spinning jet doesn't turn completely. Therefore, my glasses and cups don't get clean. It is very quiet. It does not get my dishes dry, especially my plastics. I just do not like this dishwasher. I am sorry, my glasses look foggy like there's a milky film on them. I use the jet in my dishwasher plus I have a soft water system throughout the house and they still look like that, I would not recommend it. I am very, very disappointed. I've had this dishwasher for a few years now. I am now doing dishes after every meal because doing two meals, isn't going to fit in the machine and get clean. so now I will get back to doing dishes because my dishwasher doesn't fit my. baking pans.
