[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Too much engineering. The tines get in the way in loading more than they help. Simplify!
Same with cutlery basket. Make more bins if you want but the little slots are a puzzle we don’t need.
Machine cleans very well however engineer please explain why the “don’t get rinse aid in here” hole is 1/4” from the fill. Put a flip cap on it if it’s so important. Label it “close to fill” “open to run”.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate it. It does not dry my dishes. They are still wet when the cycle is finished. You cannot stop it and make it go back to the beginning. It has to finish the cycle it is on. There is no cancel option. The controls are terrible.
I truly only bought this one because it was the only black one available.

Not Just Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ascenta dishwasher I purchased is not just a quality appliance; it has increased my quality of life. How you might ask? Because it is quieter than hoped while it is running. I had no idea how loud my previous dishwasher was until this Ascenta was installed and used. Since my kitchen opens up to my den, almost any noise will migrate into the den. I can start the dishwasher and watch TV or listen to music at low volumes or even take a nap. At one point, it was so quiet; I went to see if it was running... AWESOME!!!
Additionally, it does an excellent job of cleaning dishes (and I can put a lot of them in there) that have been lightly rinsed and then were not washed for several days. Cleaning the filter is so easy and the design is very intuitive. I strongly recommend this dishwasher to anyone!!

Gets the dishes sparkling; Runs quietly

Better than whirlpool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our whirlpool dishwasher needed several repairs within its one year warranty and several more before it finally gave up, a mere 3 years after buying it. This dishwasher is already worlds better. The dishes are sparkling, it’s easy to keep clean and maintain, and is SILENT. Seriously. We love it!
