Running and cleaning well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace a Whirlpool that died after running only 2.8 years. Didn't have an extended warranty on it (Should I, for under 3 years??!) Both the circulation pump and heat element died in that, so instead of spending that money on repair, I used it for a new washer. The Bosch was recommended well on this site, Consumer Reports and the competitors site. Installing it wasn't an issue. I loved that it had terminal block in it for the electrical connection instead of a pig tail. My only complaint would be the Romex wire I was using is stiff, and the wiring space in the terminal blocks wasn't large enough to accommodate that too much. Once this machine was running, it hasn't disappointed at all. Everything is very clean and it runs really quiet. I'm hoping this lasts a lot more than the 3 years the Whirlpool did.

So quiet you don't even know its on!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a dishwasher that cleaned and DRIED well, something most don't do in a high humidity environment like the Gulf coast. This machine not only cleans and dries completely, it's so quiet I wasn't even sure it was running!

This is absolutely the worst dishwasher I have ever owned. Water stands, doesn't dry, stinks, and will mildew. I cannot believe how bad this thing is.

Ascenta dishwasher review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a kenmore dishwasher that came with the house that we bought in 2005. Year after year it started to slowly fall apart. First the tines that hold up the plates began to rust off, then the little door that holds the dishwasher detergent broke and you basically just poured the liquid in the bottom of the dishwasher and kept your fingers crossed that you were going to wake up to clean dishes. Plus it was so noisy that we had to run it in the middle of the night.This went on for longer than I care to say and one morning we decided it was time to buy a new dishwasher! We Consumer reported dishwashers and decided upon the Bosch Ascenta because it got such good reviews. We were able to order one on Saturday and it got delivered the very next day! My husband installed it and now I love running my new super quiet beautiful Bosch dishwasher. I actually ran it one evening after we had dinner and my husband was watching the St Louis Cardinal baseball game on tv and he never knew! Bosch will be the first name we think of when it’s time to replace other appliances.

BEST Dishwasher, EVER

The Quite Workhorse

We went with a different brand of dishwasher which lasted less than two years. After listening to a very knowledgeable salesperson and comparing we purchased our Bosch dishwasher. We really appreciate the way it completely cleans our dishes and does it quitely. Thank You Bosch
