Why I gave it a 4

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had it for a few weeks and so far I love how quiet it is. The reason I gave it a 4 is because I feel the tines on the racks are too close together and many of the cups and plates don't fit well. The plates don't seem to have enough space between each other and it's difficult to put coffee mugs to fit right because of how close the tines are. The top rack is the same way and can't put any plastic containers or lids to fit good. It does seem to do a good job washing them but I feel the tines need to be spaced out a bit more. I don't like the utensil rack at all so I am using the one from my old dishwasher.
When I bought this, they didn't have one on the floor but we have always wanted a Bosch, and so we bought it sight unseen. Overall I am pleased with the performance of this dishwasher.

Great Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought one just like it @ 3 years ago. It worked perfect, and very quiet for the price level. Parts are a little expensive, and we use it every day and some expensive part failed so we just bought a new one. Not worth the expense of fixing the other one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher! My previous Bosch was 15+ years old and still going strong. However as we were remodeling I decided to replace and this baby is awesome. So quiet and gets the dishes spotless!
Price point was excellent!

Is the dishwasher even Working!

This is the best dishwasher we have ever owned! The first time we did the dishes.. My husband asked is it even working? I had to get right next to it and I heard the water on the inside. When it was done the dishes were sparkling clean. I was not sure of the black but I love it. We will buy Bosch from now on !
