Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Bosch dishwasher that had performed in excellent fashion for 13 years. When it finally failed, we purchased another Bosch expecting the same quality and service. Unfortunately some engineer decided it was not necessary to dry the interior while drying the dishes. The excessive water left inside a closed dishwasher will create a sour mildew smell. So now when we remove the clean dishes, we hand-dry the interior and leave the door slightly ajar to avoid the stink. It is quiet; it washes well but the drying is lousy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how quiet it is, but I hate that it does not dry my dishes. It mostly doesn't dry my plastic dishes. If I wanted to dry my dishes I would hand wash them.

My new Bosch

Bosch; A World Of Difference

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased a Brand NEW dishwasher (Bosch; SHE3AR76UC) and couldn't be happier with my purchase. The amount of washing options is outstanding and quite unbelieveable if you want to know the truth. The design and function of this machine is unrivaled in my opinion. The sheer amount of rack space is excellent and my dishes have never been cleaner. The only disappointment with this model is that you are unable to change the wash times on each cycle. I look forward to purchasing more Bosch product for our home. Superior products from a superior company!

Ascenta Dishwasher

I was excited to have a new dishwasher. It looks nice and is very quiet. However I am overall very disappointed as everything inside is sopping wet (especially the walls, and top and bottom of dishwasher) at the end of the cycles. I don't use a dishwasher often so I must take a towel and dry the whole inside before I can close the door to prevent possible mildew. The towel is wet enough to be wrung out; so we are talking significant wetness not just moisture. It was sold to us as highly rated and the stainless/plastic interior good for drying. It seems to have no significant drying effect. the racks don't slide as easily as my last dishwasher. I hope this review helps you improve this model as I am sure your other models are not all the same as this.

Quiet and Thorough

CONTROLS ARE DISAPOINTING

The short cycle is sometimes 30 minutes, sometimes 40 minutes. If you select a cycle and want to change the selection, the control will not allow the change. You're stuck with the incorrect setting. The configuration of the racks is also disapointing. I didn't realize how bad it was until I started loading actual cups and dishes in it. On the plus side, it is quiet
