What's great about it: quietness
What's not so great: cannot accommodate long stemmed glasses effectively
I chose this Bosch dishwasher specifically because of its low dB operating rating ( it is in an open main floor living space) and its energy efficiency (our community is all green certified homes). It has met my expectations on both counts. I am somewhat disappointed by the fact that wineglasses cannot be effectively placed in any of the racks or spaces. For our small family, there is much more space allotted to silverware than we ever use. Still, on the all important cleaning front, the performance has been excellent. When we find the right detergent, I think we will get even better results.

What's great about it: looks great
What's not so great: Poor quality installation, smaller capacity than others
This was a special order unit and took 2 weeks to arrive which we were aware of. The delivery driver was the installer. It turns out that he did not know how to install this dishwasher under granite counters. He held it in place with 2 rubber strips which subsequently broke and a long screw into the side cabinet. I have called 3 times to get installed properly without results. A second driver/installer came out and he told me this is a "special install" which they do not do. Yesterday the "manager" was supposed to call me in 45 minutes and I am still waiting. Bosch told me how to install the unit, unfortuately the first installer too the install clip with him. When we open the door the unit tips forward. Beware of BestBuy installers.

We've only had the dishwasher a few days, but I have to say that I am extremely impressed so far. It is so quiet that you really don't even know it's running. It seems to wash the dishes completely and they even come out dry! It's a little smaller inside than our old Kitchen Aid, but I imagine that is due to the greater amount of insulation (which I'm sure is what makes it so quiet!). For a family of three, it's an easy trade off. It also loads very easily. I would highly recommend this unit.
