[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good points quiet and cleans well. Bad points my dishes do not fit. I cannot get but one casserole dish in at a time or have to put on top. The tines are small and too close and laid out very bad. Wish I had looked harder inside. The layout and trying to fit dishes in is so hard. I have to wash more often. Silverware basket is the only good thing inside. I have normal dishes but this is made for tiny tiny dishes nothing large or thick. I feel like I am stuck so I deal with it. I also do not like having to turn it on an off manually. I wish it shut off when you open, but the lights keep blinking. Bosch is a good brand, but I would not recommend this one to anyone.
