[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this about 2 yrs ago use it normal for family of 2 & loved it til this morning it died, for the cost of this & the brand I'd expected more than 2 yrs. My old cheap dishwasher lasted 10 yrs. Soooo disappointed in Basch product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What an improvement!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We previously had a Bosch dishwasher which we purchased in 2006, and were greatly pleased with it. Sadly, it expired after a long, faithful period of service. However, since we purchased a new Bosch replacement, we are amazed at the latest improvements - wow! We hope that this new model will service us as wellas the old one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I am very pleased with the dishwasher. I love the features and the ease of operation. It is very quite which is a plus for us, since we have an open floor plan. I do suggest to read the manual, and follow the instructions regarding the use of Rinse Aid which enables better drying results.
