[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Reasons for buying- 1) pleased with reliable Bosch clothes washer. 2) more substantial control buttons than last make. 3) stainless steel interior door panel.
We are pleased with the quieter operation of the washer.
Some comments on the instructions.
What indicates a cleaning cycle is completed? When the "sanitized" light comes on? If so, why is this not clearly stated? If the sanitize feature is not used, what then indicates the dishes are clean and may be removed from the washer?

A person may conclude from its name what the sanitizer is to do. But some questions remain. How does this feature work? How effective is this function in cleaning? What is the difference between washing with, or without, using this function? And again, what indicates a completed cycle, one way or the other? A little more information would help make the fullest use of the feature possible.
The dealer mentioned the amount of rinse aid is preset at the factory. Instructions to change this amount are given but it would be helpful to know what the factory preset is so any changes could be made accordingly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I FOUND THAT THE INSIDE DISH HOLDERS ARE NOT SET UP VERY GOOD FOR EASE IN FILLING DISHWASHER, IT OPENS NICE, LOOKS NICE, BUT OVERALL NOT REALLY LIKEING IT.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Washer
