[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher June 19, 2015 after having the old dishwasher leaking water all over my kitchen floor. I had heard good things about the Bosch from a friend but it is far better than I could have imagined. First, it is so quiet and was easy to follow instructions as to loading rinse aid and dishwasher soap. I am also very happy with the beautiful glassware when the cycle has finished as it is without spots and streaks. I also like the choices of washes. We will probaby use the sanatize mode most frequently but very good to have a choice....really cleans our pots and pans also. I do think this dishwasher has absolutely every feature we could possibly want. Thank you for making such a great machine. Kay DeLoyht

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I accidentally set the child lock and had to call customer support. The representative was very good and talked me through diagnosing and correcting the problem.
The door needs to be pressed firmly to shut. The controls are not the friendliest but are OK.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washes dishes cleaner than any other dishwasher I have seen. It is so quiet I need to put my ear up against it to be sure it is running. It even removed marks on my dishes that the old dishwasher didn't handle.
