An Incredible Dishwasher... At First

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher a year or two ago. It worked great at first (very quiet) but noticed a steady decline in cleaning power. Sadly, it stopped working a few weeks ago. A service call revealed that it is the pump and/or control board that is broken and repairs will likely be over 50% of what we paid for the unit.

Easy Loading

Worked great for 6 months. Worst appliance ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher in 2014. We had it serviced while still under warranty at 11 months. Now it is doing the same thing (Runs for 2 minutes and goes to "Clean") Have tried every suggested fix to no avail. We should not have to pay to have service on a two year old appliance. Maddening.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No repair needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this unit in 2012 and have had no problems in over 4 years. Today it would not start up so I called Bosch. A nice lady talked me through resetting the the unit. I fully expected to have to have an expensive service call but a call to Bosch and it was up and running in less than 5 minutes.

Silent, cleans and disinfects

Cleans and disinfects (hot water!) every time without having to wash off dishes first. My unit is white, and uses a material that is easy to wipe clean. A very clean minimal front panel with no controls visible.
