Poor Rack Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Bosch dishwasher cleans well enough but the rack is very poorly designed. I have lost at least 30% of my capacity from my old dishwasher. Pots and pans are almost impossible to fit in the bottom rack and it is awkward with other items such as plastic ware, etc. It is very difficult to recommend this particular model to anyone else.

Cleans dishes well and quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Filter in drain sump requires cleaning often, otherwise dishwasher will develop an odor.
The drain pump became very noisy and had to be replaced after 3-4 years of use. It is a modular design and was easy to replace.

Quietest Dishwasher I've ever owned!!!!!!

This dishwasher is ultra quiet (I sometimes have to put my ear next to it to prove it's running) & makes my dishes squeaky clean.

Cannot Recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The worst: the bottom tray constantly jumps out of its track when loading or unloading. This is a design flaw and I am concerned that it will break. The good: it is quiet and cleans fine. We've had it a few weeks and fully-load and run it everyday. Other concerns are in comparison to the unit we replaced. This machine is all about finesse; it does not seem robust (concerned about how it will hold up). The plastic trays and tines are generally thin. Loading is difficult, even with a single row of fold-down tines in each tray. It does not easily fit stoneware dishes and mugs, or large items. The top tray has 3 heights but is difficult to change and does not feel solid. It does not have the rinse and hold option.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quiet and Really Cleans

We find the 'delicate' cycle is sufficiently powerful for our every day cleaning which was a pleasant surprise. Nothing not to like!

Disappointing features

I bought this model a few weeks ago, and assumed it would have a "Rinse Only" feature, so I didn't even bother to check. Sadly, it does not.
It also does not have an option to select a non-heating dry cycle. I assumed these basic features would be on all dishwashers in this price range. Very disappointed.

Great Cleaning and Whisper Quiet As Well

It cleans all our dishes very well and it's so quiet that sometimes I'm not sure if it's done running (which is a good thing)! I'd highly recommend this dishwasher to anyone who appreciates quality and quiet.
