Almost, not quite

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the exact model that Consumer Reports recommended in that price range. However, we soon discovered that the compartment that the detergent pod goes into, refused to open during the wash cycle. So...we called repair and someone came out to check it out and even he couldn't make it open during the cycle, so we have an otherwise nice, new dishwasher that isn't quite where it should be. Frustrating! Any ideas, you all?? Now my wife puts the pod above that compartment in a basket made for something else.
This should not be happening in a brand new machine! Ideas?

Love how it cleans!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gets things wonderfully clean and is very quiet. Having some difficulties adjusting to loading things like cereal and soup bowls (Fiesta Ware) because of the slanted tines.

Outstanding Dish Washer

What makes this appliance so excellent is that not only does it do an excellent job, it's quiet, in the top ratings, but it is in the lowest price range, highest rated dish washer out there. I installed it myself. No problem if you are handy. Wife loves it.

Controls are way too complicated. You must push and hold buttons, wait for flashing light, then arrow over to what you want (sort of) . I want heavy wash and I need to turn on 3 other lights (not including the heavy wash light). Should be 1 button. Heavy wash - not really a wash.

Best dishwasher out there!

We were looking for a reliable, quite and trouble free operating dishwasher that was in our budget and must say that we have been very very pleased with our choice. We also recommended it to several of our family and friends.

Excellent Cleaning!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because it is a Consumer's Report Best Buy and it lives up to their ratings! A pleasant surprise that wasn't listed is that it beeps when finished. It smells ever time I open the door even after cleaning the filter. Overall it is good after having it only a few weeks.
I would recommend this to a friend!
