So far it's been awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was our first new dishwasher in about a decade. I don't know if ALL dishawasher have improved this much in ten years, or just Bosch. End result, it simply cleans. Everything. No leftover food particles on the dishes and no spots on our glasses. Even though we live on a well and have REALLY hard water.
The biggest thing we noticed was how amazingly quite this machine was, To the point that at times you are not even sure if it was on or not. Our old one sounded like an old single prop airplane was taking off in our kitchen.
The one concearn I have is that all the "inner working" parts and gears appear to be made of plastic. I took our old machine apart in an effort to diagnos what was wrong with it and it had a lot more metal parts. The new Bosch gears and other parts in the back of the machine appear to all be plastic. But maybe thats an improvement. I don't know yet. I know our old machine, a Whirpool, lasted for ten years. I guess I will have to wait and see if Bosch sacrificed quality for cheaper manufactuering or if using all plastic actually improved the machines longevity.
For now, it's been great and I highly recommend the bit extra you have to pay for a Bosch machine.

Loving my dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two of these great Bosch one stainless steel in Arizonia winter home loved it so much I ordered one for summer home on small island in Pacific Northwest I ordered white one for that home .because of my one in Az. Was so quiet n did super job !

I've had this dishwasher for nine years and it's the best of the many different ones I've bought (my only Bosch). I do rinse most before going in and have never had anything dirty come out.
The only thing was.....it smelled when closed up afterwards. I called Bosch and the guy said to leave door unlocked. Problem solved!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE it, only problem we have had was directions for use are not too clear but customer service was top knotch and it has no drying cycle like we were used to but that's not the product that's was on us. Keep up the GREAT service n product

After a rather simple insulation excluding the placement of hold down screws to avoid tipping out from under the counter. This problem was finally completed with a call to the helping hands of the experts. Really shows my intelligence. With the machine running I have double and tripled checked to see if we did start it or did we forget. The 20 + year old Maytag really was no match
Couldn't believe it but the dishes, pots & pans, silverware all come out like new. To think how many years did we think everything came clean in the old one. We tip our hats to your company for an excellent product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Bosch dishwasher is insanely quiet! I have to keep putting my ear to it to make sure it is on. The quietness is a nice sound to have in my house since we have been rebuilding our home from Hurricane Ida.
